The alive-activity Star Wars series that will focus on the Jedi first introduced to fans in The Clone Wars is coming to Disney Plus in the almost future. While in that location isn't an official date for when production on Star Wars: Ahsoka is starting or when information technology is going to be released, the show is adding to its bandage with the addition of Mary Elizabeth Winstead.

There are however quite a few questions surrounding Star Wars: Ahsoka, including when the series might eventually launch on Disney Plus. What is known is that Rosario Dawson is slated to play the titular grapheme, who made a brief appearance in the second flavor of The Mandalorian. Hayden Christensen is too going to appearing in the series, reprising his role as Anakin Skywalker.

As for Winstead, it's not entirely clear what grapheme she'll exist playing. According to The Hollywood Reporter, it's not even clear if Mary Elizabeth Winstead is going to exist taking on a recurring function in the new Star Wars series or whether she's going to be making a one-shot appearance. In improver to Dawson and Christensen, Natasha Liu Bordizzo has joined the show equally Sabine Wren and Ivanna Sakhno is as well fastened in an unknown function.

Over the final few years, Winstead has been improving her bonafides every bit an activeness moving picture star both in an ensemble cast and on her own. She appeared in the Birds of Casualty movie as Helena Bertinelli, who is otherwise known as The Huntress. Last year, she headlined the Netflix original moving-picture show Kate, where she kicked the butts of more than a few enemies in a moving picture that also starred Woody Harrelson.

Winstead might exist known all-time to a particular fanbase as Ramona Flowers in Scott Pilgrim vs the Globe. Ramona was the character who happened to have seven evil exes who had all banded together to fight anyone else she might take a romantic interest in over the years. Though the movie commencement hit screens over a decade ago, it all the same has a strong cult following.

Equally for Star Wars: Ahsoka, in addition to just who Winstead is going to be playing, in that location isn't a ton known about the plot of the upcoming Disney Plus series. With Anakin Skywalker being present, it appears the evidence could be set in a like timeline equally The Clone Wars, where Ahsoka and Anakin will be working alongside one another, or maybe there will exist flashbacks to that time.

Star Wars: Ahsoka is expected to begin production later this year.
